Payment options and currency

The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the checkout currency should be reviewed before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or transaction fees.

Payment processing

Payments are handled through the payment providers offered at checkout. Authorisation, fraud checks or additional verification may be required. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order; fulfilment remains subject to payment confirmation and product availability.

Keeping your information secure

Use the official znvufr.com storefront and a trusted connection. Never send payment card numbers, card security codes or account passwords by email. We will not ask you to disclose your password or a one-time bank authentication code to customer support. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Unsuccessful or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, check the billing information and contact your provider where needed. If you believe you have been charged twice, email us with the order number and transaction references, with sensitive account details removed. A pending bank authorisation may differ from a completed charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Provider processing and bank posting times vary. See the Return & Refund Policy for the request process.
