Destinations and shipping charges
Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are displayed at checkout for your delivery address. Availability may vary by product. Fragrance liquids and certain candle or diffuser items may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions. If checkout does not support your address, contact us before placing an order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Any processing or delivery estimates provided on the product page, at checkout or in an order update apply to that order. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Processing and transit are separate stages; customs checks, carrier disruptions, holidays or address issues can affect arrival. If no estimate is displayed, contact us before purchasing for time-sensitive occasions.
Address details and order changes
Please check your recipient name, address, postal code and telephone number before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has started. Any additional redelivery costs will be explained where applicable and subject to your legal rights.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, we provide tracking details after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear. If an order appears delayed, lost or incorrectly marked delivered, contact service@znvufr.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Responsibility for delivery is governed by applicable law and is not automatically transferred to you merely because a parcel is dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
Checkout identifies taxes and charges collected with your order where applicable. Other import charges, if any, depend on the destination and shipping arrangement. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about which charges are included. We do not ask carriers to misstate parcel values.
Damaged or leaking parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, avoid unsafe contact, retain packaging where safe and contact us with photographs and your order number. Do not mail leaking fragrance liquids without return instructions and carrier approval. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
