Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases from znvufr.com, operated by Guangzhou Qingjing Trading Co., Ltd. under the znvufr™ brand. Please read them with the product information and the other store policies before placing an order.
1. Ordering and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into the transaction or have appropriate authorisation. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to resolve payment, availability or verification issues. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange any refund due.
2. Products and descriptions
Our products are home fragrances, including available scented candles, reed diffusers and room fragrances. The individual listing identifies the format, quantity and other specifications. Fragrance perception varies; descriptions communicate scent character and do not guarantee identical perception for every user. Images and screen colours may differ slightly from the physical item, without limiting your rights where goods are misdescribed.
3. Prices and payment
Review the checkout currency, item prices, delivery charges, discounts and taxes before paying. Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options rather than charge an undisclosed increased amount.
4. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation requests and return remedies are described in our Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of the information provided for your purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over inconsistent wording.
5. Safe use
Follow product labels, care information and warnings. Keep fragrance products away from children and pets. Never leave burning candles unattended. Do not ingest fragrance liquids or use products in a way not intended by the label. Our products are not medicines and are not sold as treatments for illness.
6. Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to faulty goods, fraud or other mandatory protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse contrary to product instructions; any limitation is subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Disputes and changes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Any applicable mandatory consumer law, rights to bring a claim locally and dispute procedures remain available. Revised terms apply prospectively; changes do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
